At AC Football Academy, we focus on the individual: technical development, game understanding, confidence and the habits that drive long-term improvement. Through Whittlesea United, players take those improvements into a team setting, applying them across a full competitive season with regular match experience.
For young footballers, development is strongest when quality training and quality competition work together. This partnership creates exactly that — a structured academy environment and a club setting that complement one another throughout the year. Players train twice per week under AC Football Academy’s methodology before competing in the Football Victoria MiniRoos competition every Sunday.
Across both, we expect the same standards: commitment, punctuality, accountability and a willingness to keep learning. These are the foundations of every player who continues to grow.
The Coburg High School Program gives students access to quality football coaching within their school environment — making development more consistent and accessible without adding pressure to already busy schedules.
Sessions are structured, purposeful and enjoyable, focused on the key areas that make a real difference: ball mastery and technical consistency, first touch, passing and striking quality, game awareness and decision-making, and confidence in match-related situations.
Beyond the football, we want students to build the habits that support long-term growth — arriving prepared, applying feedback, staying resilient and taking ownership of their development both on and off the pitch. Progress comes from what players do every day, and this program is built around exactly that.
The term fee is $300 per student, GST included.
We don’t follow a ‘one size fits all’ approach. If your child’s technique is incorrect, we will work with them to fix it to ensure maximum confidence and growth.
